Veterinary Programme

The Vet Programme
The Royser Foundation has proudly launched its groundbreaking Vet Programme in India, a compassionate initiative dedicated to the care and well-being of stray animals. This programme marks a significant step in addressing the growing crisis of neglected strays across urban and rural regions.
Through this initiative, the Foundation will provide critical medical support, emergency treatment, and vaccination drives to protect animals from disease and injury. Specialized feeding stations will be set up to ensure strays receive regular and nutritious meals.
The Vet Programme also includes a structured rehabilitation process, helping injured and abused animals recover physically and emotionally. Our mobile veterinary units will reach remote areas, offering on-the-spot care. Partnerships with local vets, shelters, and animal welfare organizations will amplify the programme’s reach and impact. We aim to build awareness in communities through education drives, encouraging empathy and responsibility towards stray animals.
Dedicated shelters under the programme will offer temporary homes, especially for animals recovering from surgery or trauma. Our volunteers and trained staff will provide round-the-clock attention to ensure every animal receives the care it deserves. With this initiative, the Royser Foundation envisions a safer, kinder environment for India’s stray population.
This is more than a project—it’s a movement toward coexistence. Regular adoption drives will also be organized to help rehabilitated animals find forever homes. Each rescued animal will be microchipped and documented to monitor its health journey. We are also working on developing a digital platform to report injured or sick strays for immediate intervention. The Foundation believes that every animal has the right to live with dignity.
The Vet Programme is not just a response to suffering—it is a proactive solution. Through structured action, strategic partnerships, and public participation, the Royser Foundation hopes to change the narrative around strays. As we roll out this programme across various Indian cities, we invite citizens to join us in this mission. Compassion, care, and commitment are at the heart of this initiative. The Vet Programme is a testament to our belief that kindness can heal.
